Warranty Coverage
Our jewelry is covered for defects related to production and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds and Credit

Claims within 30 Days of Purchase:
If your claim is made within 30 days of the purchase date, JadeJuri will issue a full refund in the form of store credit equal to the original purchase price. -
Claims After 30 Days:
Claims made after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

- Scratches
- Damage caused by accidents or negligence
