Return Policy
At Jadejuri, we stand behind the quality of our pieces.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. For damaged or defective items, photo proof is required before approval.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
What Qualifies for Return or Exchange
Individual items from a set or bundle cannot be returned separately and must be returned in full, if eligible.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for the following cases:
1. Manufacturing defects, including:

Broken clasps or closures upon arrival

Stones that fall out due to production fault

Structural breakage not caused by external force
-
Severe plating defects present upon delivery
The following are not considered defects:

Normal wear and tear

Tarnishing over time

Minor surface scratches

Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or improper care

Bent or misshaped pieces due to pressure or misuse
2. Fulfillment errors, including:

Receiving the wrong product
-
Receiving the wrong size or color
-
Missing items from your order
Jadejuri reserves the sole right to determine whether an item qualifies for return or exchange based on the evidence provided.
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not show signs of excessive wear, misuse, alteration, or damage unrelated to the reported issue.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a claim:

Contact us at info.jadejuri@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Claims must be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered and within the 30-day return window. -
Provide your order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue.

Wait for written approval before sending the item back.
Return requests submitted for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preference, style preference, or personal taste will not be approved.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your claim for a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error is approved:

Jadejuri will cover the return shipping cost.

Items must be returned in original packaging (box, pouch, tags if applicable).
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We offer a free one-time exchange within 30 days for approved manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Exchanges are limited to the same product.

If the product is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
At this time, exchanges are processed through customer support and are not automated online.
Final Sale & Sale Items
All sale, discounted, promotional, bundle, or marked-down items are considered Final Sale. This includes items purchased with discount codes or during limited-time promotions.
Final Sale items are not eligible for:

Exchange

Store credit
Exception: If a sale item is determined to have a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, it may qualify for exchange or store credit at Jadejuri’s discretion.
Orders Returned to the Wrong Country
Orders must be returned within the same country in which they were originally purchased.
Mistakenly Returned Non-Jadejuri Items
Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Jadejuri cannot reship non-Jadejuri items that are mistakenly sent to us.
Unauthorized or Abusive Returns
Jadejuri reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return.
In cases of excessive return patterns or policy abuse, we may:

Suspend or terminate accounts

Restrict access to our website
We are not responsible for shipments that are rejected, re-directed, or abandoned.
